Hi! How is everyone feeling after the food-festive-holiday? I really feel unhealthy and unfit … and somehow I formed a habit of eating dessert after every meal. Damn. My calendar is filling up with Christmas parties for next month. I’m not complaining. I love this time of the year, I get to spend a lot of time with family and friends!
